These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LUXORA website and any purchase you make through our store. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation with your order number. This confirms we've received your order — it doesn't guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe or, where available, Cash on Delivery. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of LUXORA. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Sale items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
